What started as a passion for woodworking has grown into one of Calgary’s trusted custom cabinet makers—but our commitment to quality craftsmanship has never wavered.
With over 200 custom cabinet installations completed across Calgary, Planar Millwork has grown from a small woodworking operation into one of the city’s most trusted custom cabinet makers. We design and build every cabinet in our local Calgary workshop—not imported from overseas factories.
Our team brings together decades of combined experience in fine woodworking, cabinet design, and precision manufacturing. Unlike semi-custom cabinets sold in 3-inch increments, we build to the nearest 1/16 inch. Odd corners, sloped ceilings, unusual layouts—these are where custom craftsmanship matters most.
Local Manufacturing
Your cabinets are built right here in Calgary. This means 6-9 week delivery instead of 4-6 months for imports, plus the ability to make adjustments when needed.

At $250 to $650 per linear foot for kitchen cabinetry, you’ll know exactly what you’re paying before we cut a single board. Detailed quotes with no hidden costs.
