1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of planarmillwork.ca and our custom millwork services.
2. Services Description
Custom millwork design, fabrication, and installation for residential and commercial clients in Calgary and surrounding areas.
3. Quotes and Contracts
All quotes valid for 30 days. Formal written contracts govern all projects.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment schedule: 40% deposit at signing, 40% before fabrication, 20% at walkthrough approval. All prices in CAD plus GST.
5. Project Changes
Changes documented through written change orders. May affect pricing and timeline.
6. Delivery and Installation Timelines
- Kitchen cabinets: 6-9 weeks
- Bathroom vanities: 4-6 weeks
- Built-in cabinetry: 6-10 weeks
- Commercial projects: 4-16 weeks
7. Warranty
Comprehensive warranty on materials and workmanship. Millwork built to last 20+ years with proper care. Does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, excessive moisture, third-party modifications, or natural wood variations.
